Heloise Dixon-Warren from Moose Meadows Farm in Quesnel will be hosting a workshop regarding Farm Status - what it is, how to get it, and the benefits that come with it.

Interested in learning the steps to have your land classified as a bonafide farm in BC? If “yes”, plan to attend this workshop. This 2 – 2 ½ hour workshop will introduce participants to the legislation, the benefits of having “farm land”, how to become a developing farm, how to maintain your farm status once you have it, and the application process. Participants are encouraged to come prepared to begin an application for their own property. Don’t miss this workshop… it’s going to not only be fun but informative and educational too. For additional information, please contact Heloise at 250.249.5329 or mmfarm@goldcity.net. All participants must pre-register by the deadline. A minimum of 8 participants are required for the workshop to proceed.
Registration Fee: $30.00 / participants (includes GST). Refreshments will be provided.
